My background is in bakery and food science. I am a graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts Management programme in Cathal Brugha Street, and I have a Higher Diploma in Food Science and Technology from TU Dublin. I also have a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Management in Queen’s University, Belfast, where I completed my business project on the topic of innovation culture in Irish SMEs.

For the past 10 years I have worked in food companies of various sizes, from a two-person start-up to a global ingredient company that employs 26,000 staff. I’ve worked in Cloughjordan Wood Fired Bakery and Teagasc, the Food Research Authority in Ashtown.

Prior to starting View Solutions, my focus was on New Product Development and managing projects from brief to launch.

Most recently I completed the Fusion programme in Seery’s Bakery in Carlow, working in their NPD department and helping them improve their NPD process and take control of their costs, and as an active member of their HACCP Team.

In every role I’ve ever had, I have always had a knack for spotting inefficiencies in processes and figuring out innovative ways to improve them. My goal is to take that innovative, problem-solving attitude and help you apply it to your business.

I hold qualifications in Training Delivery and Evaluation, HACCP Level 5 Implementation and Verification, and PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation and Practitioner.
